This is a privately owned business. I have been teaching web page design since 1997. I am a fulltime teacher and this is one of the things that I do in what is called spare time. All work is fully guaranteed.
I will design a web page for you, complete with graphics and background, giving your site a unique design. Upon completion of your web page the full payment is to be received within 7 working days on the pre-agreed payment date (special arrangements may be available with prior agreement). I have the option to delete the page if payment is not received. A payment equal to one quarter (1/4) of the agreed upon price and not less than $40.00 may be required prior to beginning design. If you're not satisfied after allowing me at least three attempts to complete the assignment, you may ask for a refund of any deposit(s), less a $40.00 service fee. All pages remain in my possession and my property until total payment has been received.
If you decide to use my monthly service all payments are required in advance and are available in 3, 6, or 12 month prepaid packages. All prices are guaranteed to remain fixed as purchased. Price changes will not affect any existing contract. All work is guaranteed and you will have total access to view completed work before full payment is due. After payment is received your page will be transferred to the hosting service.
My designing fee and monthly updating services are extra, and separate after the first year.
I offer a reasonably priced service to design a custom web page or web site for you with a full guarantee on work. My suggestion is to always start with the most inexpensive workable design that at least gets you online and running. You can always expand later on and upgrade your site to meet your budget and business needs. This ensures that you don't risk a large amount of money in the beginning.
